About Johnna Patton, your Wedding Planner

I was born and raised here in beautiful Colorado. I love running, hiking and live music, and as a native I have an intimate knowledge of the area and love to show it off.

I graduated from Colorado University with a degree in Communications and a minor in Public Relations. After college I went to work for a boutique Public Relations firm where I had the pleasure of planning events for most of our clients.

After landing in Breckenridge I decided to pursue wedding and event planning full time! I am also currently on the Board of Directors of the Breckenridge Festival of Film where I am in charge of coordinating key events for the festival.

I believe that your wedding should be an extension of your personality and you should be able to achieve your perfect day while still staying within your budget…and keeping your sanity!

Looking forward to helping you plan your dream wedding,

    – Johnna

My fun and stress free approach will calm your nerves and often make you laugh.

I am originally from the Midwest but have made the mountains my home. I moved to Breckenridge January of 2005 to take the famous ‘6 months off’, after college. Here I am, many years later loving the decision I made. I have a double major in marketing and management from Northwest Missouri State University with extensive experience in guest services.

I’m a very careful and serious planner but still love to keep the mood light and have fun as weddings are a time for celebration – not a time to stress out! My goal is to minimize your stress and maximize your budget.

I LOVE FASHION & STYLE and enjoy helping with those little touches that have a big impact.

About Lyndsey Riley your "Day of" Wedding Planner

I’m from Boston but moved to Denver in 2001 to attend Denver University and graduated with a BA in Graphic Design. Shortly after I graduated I moved back to the East Coast to be closer to my family. However, the laid back lifestyle of Colorado and my love for the outdoors drove me back to the Rockies where I landed in Breckenridge over a year-and-a-half ago.

I’m extremely passionate about life and love to snowboard, to hike, to bike, to travel, to cook and to spend time with my family, friends and dog.

I have a great understanding of the big picture and am a perfectionist that puts things together with flawless precision. Clients are drawn to my warm personality and calming demeanor. My attention to detail and willingness to tackle any challenge makes me an asset to the Distinctive Mountain Weddings team and to our clients satisfaction. I have impeccable taste and style that keeps up with the latest trends while also setting my own.

My strong enthusiasm for throwing parties and passion for planning from the creative side will help to play a key role in making your special day both a flawless and memorable one.

About Laura Fraser your Denver Wedding Planner

Since moving to Denver in March of 2014, my husband and I have embraced the Colorado active lifestyle, and love hiking and exploring all that this beautiful state has to offer with our labradoodle, Vida.  Having previously planned corporate events in the IT industry, I recognized my passion for wedding planning as I planned our own wedding in 2012.  I enjoy the logistics of the process, embrace the use of do-it-yourself decorations, and love helping to turn a bride’s vision into a reality.  I cannot wait to meet with you and help make your wedding day the best day ever!

About Meredith Johnson your Assistant Wedding Planner

I was born and raised in Atlanta, Ga. I moved to Breckenridge in October of 2011 to
experience a snowy winter for the first time in my life. I went to school in South
Georgia and had not seen snow in quite a while.

I graduated with my Bachelor in Arts from Valdosta State University with my major being Broadcast Journalism.
After graduating, I worked in a news room for almost a year before making the
decision to move out here and experience the “wild west”.

I first got my liking for event planning when I was in college. I worked for a lot of organizations and media
outlets to plan and set up all kinds of events. Soon enough I was having sorority
sisters, who were getting married, asking me to plan their weddings, and the rest
    is history!

I can’t wait to help you with your big day!
