boiled-and-cut-eggs

Take the eggs out of their shells and cut them in half.

By the way, eggs play an important role in well balanced healthy diet for numerous health benefits. The egg whites are also an amazing source of protein and one egg contains only 70 calories.

yolk

Take the yolks out and put them into a bowl.

Remember that most of the key nutrients including half of the eggs protein are found in egg yolk so if you don’t eat the egg yolks you are basically missing out on many of the egg’s nutritional benefits.

crumbled-yolk

Crumble the yolks with a fork.

yogurt-mustard1

Add the yogurt and mustard to the yolk.

Notice that there is no mayo in this recipe. I am using plain yogurt instead.

onion

Add the onion as well and move it around a little to mix the ingredients.

Did you know that onions can improve your lung function and therefore they are great for astmatics? Onions in your diet will also protect you from certain infections, cancers, and cardiovascular disease.

honey-bear

Squeeze about 2 tablespoons of honey out of the honey bear right over the mixture.

honey1

Yum, I love honey! It’s an energy booster because it’s a natural sources of carbs and it’s known for preventing fatigue during exercise. Everyone should include honey into their diet to support their wedding planning 😉

paprika

Add the paprika and move the egg yolks carefully around.

Paprika is also a part of overall healthy diet because it’s high in vitamin C and may help in digestion, improve blood circulation, and regulate blood pressure.

chilli

Sprinkle some chilli powder over the top – it’s up to you how spicy you wanted to be. Chilli has all kinds of health benefits and may help you to boost your immunity and improve your cardiovascular system. Eating chilli can be also beneficial in weight loss because the heat you feel after eating chilli takes energy and calories.
