Wedding Packages

As no two events are ever the same we offer a variety of packages and individual services that are tailored to our client’s specific dreams, vision, and budget. We work closely with our brides and grooms to create unforgettable moments not only for the couple, but also for the family and friends.  Let us put together a package perfectly suited to your Rocky Mountain wedding.

Full Service Package

This is the ultimate service for the busy bride who anticipates the extensive number of details involved in planning and orchestrating a wedding today and simply wants the luxury of having an expert to attend to those details.

Full package includes:

  • Plan a budget with the bride and groom.
  • Assist in choosing a great location. Securing agreement and finalizing details with site.
  • Help design wedding concept, and/or themes and décor.
  • Assist with choosing vendors such as:
    florist, officiate, photographer, caterer, rental company, hair stylist.
  • Finalize agreements and act as liaison.
  • Help secure accommodations for out of town guests.
  • Assist with putting together wedding weekend itinerary and maps.
  • Help with locating, timing & contracting transportation for you, your wedding party and/or guests.
  • Consultation meetings throughout planning process.
  • Choreograph the ceremony in advance as well as reception structure.
  • Prepare a comprehensive timeline of the wedding day.
  • Be the liaison between vendors, as well as family if necessary.
  • Confirm all vendors.
  • Orchestrate the rehearsal, ceremony and reception the week of the wedding.
  • Full wedding day coordination (which includes all items provided in the “Day of Wedding” – see below for more details).

Partial Wedding Planning Package

This package is perfect for the Bride who would like to plan a majority of her wedding, but would like to have some guidance with certain aspects of her planning.

Partial package includes:

  • Consultation meetings throughout planning process.
  • Prepare bride and groom timelines.
  • Site visit to venue for both wedding and reception.
  • Design and Concept meeting, assistance with selecting the concept, color scheme and style of the wedding.
  • Attendance to the floral design and venue/catering meetings, plus any additional key meetings (when necessary)
  • Assist with choosing vendors such as: florist, officiate, photographer, caterer, rental company, hair stylist, tuxedo rentals.
  • Orchestrate the rehearsal, ceremony and reception the week of the wedding.
  • Assist with the planning of the rehearsal dinner and/or the welcome party.
  • Final walk-through with client at venues, within the final month of the wedding (meeting can include florist when necessary).
  • Full wedding day coordination (which includes all items provided in the “Day of Wedding” – see below for more details.)

Destination Wedding Package

The destination package is ideal for the bride that doesn’t live here and needs a little extra assistance.

Destination Package Includes:

  • Provide a checklist timeline from twelve months out.
  • Vendor recommendations.
  • Venue recommendations.
  • Monthly correspondence with consultant.
  • Consultants available for general planning advice and contract review, via email and telephone.
  • Up to three meetings with consultant, one of these meetings will be a venue walk through.
  • Vendor confirmations.
  • Consultant on site from pre ceremony through reception (up to 10 hours).
  • Assistant consultant on site for approximately 5 hours.
  • Orchestrate the rehearsal, ceremony and reception the week of the wedding.
  • Full wedding day coordination (which includes all items provided in the “Day of Wedding” – see below for more details.)

Day of Wedding Package

We handle every detail so that the Bride and Groom, wedding party, and family are relaxed and free to enjoy the big day.

Day of Wedding Package includes:

  • Prior to Wedding and Rehearsal consultation with bride and groom to find out information about their wedding and determine how they wish their wedding to flow.
  • Venue Walk-through (ceremony and reception).
  • Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day timeline.
  • Attendance and direction (coordinated with officiant) at the rehearsal.
  • Final collection of wedding items (either a couple weeks prior or at rehearsal) to be set up on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, cake serving set, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.
  • Handle confirmations with all wedding vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day.
  • Attend overseeing and directing the ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours).
  • Receive deliveries and greet vendors.
  • Make sure reception and ceremony areas are set up properly and completed according to your wishes.
  • Make sure table numbers, place cards, programs, wedding favors are setup and correctly placed.
  • Get wedding party in place to walk down the aisle.
  • Coordinate grand entrance
  • Handle any issues that come up with caterer or any other vendor.
  • Make sure things are running or adjusted according to schedule.
  • Make sure all vendors receive final payments and gratuities as needed.
  • Make sure transportation is running on time and accessible as needed.
  • At the end of the reception gather and pack up any decor the bride would like to keep.
