Colorado Wedding Planner: Rachael & Zach
Posted by elizabeth waldmann on October 31st, 2017
Such a gorgeous day and an even more gorgeous couple! Rachael and Zach were married on Anticipation Run in Keystone, Colorado. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails on the deck at Timber Ridge. They also listened to the amazing string duo, Suite Talk. The reception followed with Suite Talk trading their strings for a DJ board. Everyone partied until the end of the night. A huge thank you to Joe Friend Photography for sharing the photos below! Also, I have to mention, the amazing florals are by Ladybird Poppy. My favorite flower being the Proteas (that white spiky flower in the first image). Did you know that it represents change and hope? I think it’s perfect for a wedding!
Colorado Wedding Planner: Stephanie & Kiel

Stephanie and Kiel. They were one of the most down to earth couples that I have had the pleasure of working with. Wedding planning can be pretty consuming. Two families coming together, so many emotions, not to mention the amount of money that goes into the weekend. Stephanie and Kiel hired every one of their vendors about 2 years out. They wanted to get everything done and have a plan in place so they could enjoy being engaged. SO cute! When the day (finally 😉 came around they were just so in love and ready to party! Leon Joseph Littlebird was their officiant and performed an unforgettable ceremony. With sage burning and everything! As you can see from the last photos below, Jay at Standing Room Only had everyone dancing the night away. A huge thank you to Katie Green of Katie Corinne Photography for the wedding photos! Thank you Stephanie and Kiel for entrusting us to help on your wedding day! We wish you the best!
Breckenridge Wedding Planner: Mary & Steve
Posted by elizabeth waldmann on January 10th, 2017
Mary and Steve chose The Lodge at Breckenridge for their summer wedding. The day could not have been more perfect. As you can see from the photos the sky was blue and only a few clouds in the sky. We had the rehearsal the day before and it was so incredibly windy. So much so that I was getting a little nervous that it would continue on the day of their wedding. As luck would have it the only damage the wind caused on the day of was to take the veil right out of Mary’s hair. It sounds dramatic but it was before she walked down the aisle and nearly no one witnessed it. Phew! Mary’s aunt performed the ceremony for Mary and Steve and it was so heartwarming. Dave at Beggar’s Tunes kept the guests entertained with music, all night long. Bloom provided the gorgeous centerpieces. A big shout out to Corrie at Corrie Kraft Photography for these flawless photos! Enjoy!
Colorado Wedding Planner: My Favorite Moments of 2016
Posted by johnna-patton on December 30th, 2016
With less than two days until 2017 I find myself both thinking ahead and looking back. Every year at this time I dig through all of my photos from the previous year’s weddings and put together a group of my favorite shots. Writing this post reminds me of all those special moments that, as a wedding planner I was privileged to be a part of. Thank you!
Colorado Wedding Planner: My Favorite Moment of a Wedding…
Posted by elizabeth waldmann on December 20th, 2016
I think this might be my favorite post ever. Every wedding planner has their favorite aspect of a wedding. Some love the dress, some love the ring, some love the first dance. My favorite moment is when everyone is seated, I have sent the entire wedding party down the aisle, I’ve cued the music change and now I’m waiting with the bride and her father to send them down the aisle. This proud dad is about to give his little girl away and he is just so proud, excited, nervous, anxious (the list goes on) and I’m there to witness the all those last minute hugs, kisses and conversations. I feel so incredibly lucky to be a part of such a special moment.
