Colorado Wedding Planner: Stephanie & Kiel

Stephanie and Kiel. They were one of the most down to earth couples that I have had the pleasure of working with. Wedding planning can be pretty consuming. Two families coming together, so many emotions, not to mention the amount of money that goes into the weekend. Stephanie and Kiel hired every one of their vendors about 2 years out. They wanted to get everything done and have a plan in place so they could enjoy being engaged. SO cute! When the day (finally 😉 came around they were just so in love and ready to party! Leon Joseph Littlebird was their officiant and performed an unforgettable ceremony. With sage burning and everything! As you can see from the last photos below, Jay at Standing Room Only had everyone dancing the night away. A huge thank you to Katie Green of Katie Corinne Photography for the wedding photos! Colorado Wedding Planner: Julie & Sam

From the beginning that I started working with Julie and Sam for their Timber Ridge wedding, Lexi Waffles was taken into consideration. What Kind of flowers she would have in her hair. Where her place would be in the processional. How she would get dinner. Who is Lexi Waffles? Well that’s their puppy of course! I didn’t have the opportunity to meet Lexi Waffles until the rehearsal. Let me tell you, she lived up to the hype 🙂 She’s so sweet! And how cute is that name?! It actually inspired Johnna to name her puppy Deacon Biscuits. Ha! On to the details!
I’m not too keen when it comes to surprises for the bride or groom. It seems that everyone likes to do this but I’m always hesitant. So when Sam’s mother asked me to help with a choreographed dance they had planned to perform after dinner, I was a little nervous. After we talked more, it made so much sense and I couldn’t wait for the day for it to happen and I could see all this hard work (and sneakiness) come together. One family is from New York and the other is from Boston. So they had a dueling dance. It was amazing and Julie and Sam loved it. Phew 🙂 A Great Time DJ did a great job with keeping this a secret and making sure everything went off without a hitch.

Keystone Wedding Planner: Caitlyn & Tim

Tim and Caitlyn were slated to get married in the new Catholic church in Silverthorne, Colorado last summer. When the church wasn’t finished in time for their wedding Deacon Jim made a rare exception and performed a catholic mass outside on the deck of Timber Ridge. As a Keystone wedding planner I had never seen a Catholic mass outside! The day was unbelievable! Caitlyn was stunning and Tim shed a tear or five as she walked down the aisle. Keystone Wedding Planner: Jaclyn & Mike

What could be more magical than a wedding on top of a mountain? As a Keystone wedding planner I can tell you not much! After two gondola rides and a morning of anticipation, Jaclyn and Mike pledged their love to one another on top of Keystone Mountain. They had their ceremony on the spectacular deck of Timber Ridge in Keystone, Colorado. The night was filled with dancing and laughter. Lisa from Story Lens Photography was there to capture all of the amazing details with such perfection.

Katelyn and Max are two of the most fun and easy going people I had the pleasure of meeting this summer! Planning their big day on top of Keystone Mountain was a blast. Lee Johnson played acoustic guitar against a bright blue sky as Dick Quinn gave his daughter’s hand to Max. Amazing couple, amazing day!
